Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Le P’tit Ancre is not responsible for lost return packages.

If you need a different size, please contact us first.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
