Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various denominations.

We also offer a special $10 handwritten physical gift card add-on. You may include a custom message (maximum 120 characters), and it will be handwritten in our signature artistic style. The card design and presentation are curated by Le P’tit Ancre to match our brand aesthetic.


Shipping

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Some items are prepared to order, and processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.

How long does delivery take?
After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.


Products

Can I customize products?
Many of our products offer personalization options. Please refer to the product page for available customization details.

What sizes do you offer?
Most apparel is currently available in sizes S to 2XL.
We may expand our size range based on demand. Please consult the size chart on each product page before ordering.

How should I care for my apparel?
For best results, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly over printed areas.

Detailed care instructions are also included inside each garment, printed discreetly beneath the size label for your convenience.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes — exchanges are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


$10 Gift Card – FAQ

How does the $10 gift card option work?

You can add a handwritten gift card to your order for $10. This is perfect if you are sending a cruise gift directly to someone special.

Our team will include a beautifully handwritten message inside the package so your gift arrives ready to surprise them.


Can I choose the card design?

A single card design will be selected by our team to best match your order and overall presentation. Individual card designs cannot be selected.


How long can my message be?

Your gift message can contain up to 120 characters.

This allows enough space for a short, thoughtful note while keeping the card clean and easy to read.


Will my message be edited or corrected?

Messages are handwritten exactly as submitted.

Please double-check:

  • spelling

  • accents

  • punctuation

We do not edit, rewrite, or correct grammar.


Are there message restrictions?

Yes. Inappropriate or offensive content will not be written. If a message violates this rule, we may cancel the personalization.


Will the handwriting look exactly like the preview?

Since every card is handwritten, small variations in layout may occur to maintain a balanced and visually pleasing design.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
